Refractory concrete products (bricks) are produced from low-cement (thixotropic) concrete using vibrational casting method. The fact that there are no clay components or fusible admixture materials ensures high performance of these products.
Socket blocks, blowing blocks, caps for UVS, vault elements of wood chipboards, cup-collectors for gates of steel-teeming ladles, percussion slabs of steel and intermediate ladles, including the so-called “turbostop”, filtration dividers, burner stones (blocks), centrifugal casting siphons, long-length siphon products are manufactured, as well as other products of complex shape with minimum size tolerance.
Shape and sizes of products are in accordance with customer's drawings, which must be approved by manufacturer. Work surface should be specified in the drawings.
