Elements of construction.
JSC "BRP" produces chamotte pipes with diameters from 12 to 30 cm using modern equipment made of high-quality clays, environmentally friendly and safe for human health. The production program includes all the elements necessary for installing the chimney: base (condensate collector), tee for inspection, tees for connecting 900and 45o, straight pipes and sealant for assembling the entire system.

The base is designed to divert the atmospheric moisture accumulating in the pipe and the condensate formed during the cooling of the flue gases into the building's sewerage system or into special containers for subsequent neutralization. One base is suitable for several diameters, which significantly reduces the production and storage program.

Pipes of circular cross-section with a smooth inner surface guarantee the best aerodynamic properties of the structure under any operating conditions: both with natural draft and with excess pressure. The proposed geometry of pipes and all shaped elements ensures their reliable articulation with each other due to the puncture joint, and a specially developed acid-proof mass seals the seams and excludes the possibility of moisture penetration onto the outer surface of the pipe. Connecting the pipes "on the water" provides drainage of condensate and atmospheric moisture to the lower part of the system for subsequent discharge into the sewage system.

Revision tees and tees for connection of the consumer have a standard height of 66 cm. All tees from the inside have a groove for condensate drainage, which prevents moisture from entering the heat source, as well as its accumulation on the inner surface of the shutter of the door. Tees for connection can have an angle of 45 ° or 90 °.
